Established in 1999 and fueled by a childhood of building tree forts and haunted houses in his parents backyard, Lou LaFond found himself developing theme park attractions in the early years of his career. As his success built, the scope of projects grew until autumn of 2008 when, in desperate need of hands to help complete a 360 immersive installation, he hired what would later become the founders of Team Awesome.
